2. What data we collect and why

Contact form — if you fill in the form on the /kontakt page, we process the data you provide: name, email address, optionally a phone number, and the message content. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and handle the contact.

Analytics data — if you consent to analytics cookies (see section 7), we collect anonymised data about site traffic (e.g. pages visited, approximate location, device type) to help us improve the website.

3. Legal basis for processing

Contact form data is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us.

Analytics data is processed based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie consent banner.

4. Recipients of your data

Contact form messages are delivered via the third-party service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which handles the technical delivery of the email to us and does not permanently store message contents.

If you consent to analytics cookies, site traffic data is processed by Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) under Google's own privacy policy.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep your data

Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to respond to and handle your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

Analytics data in Google Analytics is retained according to that service's retention settings (14 months by default).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing. You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO) if you believe our processing of your data breaches GDPR.

7. Cookies

The site uses essential cookies required for it to function correctly (e.g. remembering your cookie consent choice), which don't require consent.

Once you accept the cookie banner, the site additionally installs Google Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the site. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser or contacting us.
